Let’s see who has the wildest imagination…

My sister Cindy sent me these pictures and I never asked her if I could use them… but I hope she doesn’t mind. A certain little girl named Hannah has quite a special grandpa. He’s played Santa in a few towns they’ve lived in and I just love to see him dressed up. I think these pictures could be turned into post cards myself!!

This will be a post where YOU have to participate… I’m going to show you 3 pictures and you have to come up with a story or a story line and share it either in the comments or “Contact Me” by email and let me know your thoughts. I’ll either pick a winner or I’ll have Cindy see if Tom could pick a winner from the stories. They don’t have to be long… you can even just tell me what you think Santa is doing if you like… let’s just have some fun…I’ll send the winner a prize… :o)

  1. Picture #1 “There are blessings and then there are really BIG blessings! No one will ever know how glad I am that most people are letting me use the door these days!!! I haven’t had to watch my weight or dry clean my suit in probably 12 years now!”

    Merry Christmas, Jeanne!

  2. Picture #1: “The reindeer are on strike for more hay and I’m in no shape to get up on a ladder to go down that chimney!” #2: “Can’t carry many presents with no sleigh . . .” #3: “but somebody’s going to be veeerrry happy with this present.”

  3. It was the end of Santa’s big day. Every house had been visited, every child’s dream fulfilled, and the reindeer were comfortable in the barn eating breakfast. As Santa opened his door, he spied that one strange box under the Christmas tree. Mrs. Claus was well known around these parts for her wonderful Christmas presents and Santa could hardly wait to open his. So, before he went upstairs to wake Mrs. Claus, he was going to get one more shake of that present. “What’s in my Christmas present,” he pondered?

    1. Thanks for getting into the Christmas spirit, Charlotte,
It’s fun to see those imaginations working well…

  4. Here I am, all dressed up. Why not stop here. Such a festive front door too, guess I’ll skip that nasty chimney. Oh, what a lovely tree all sparkling with lights. Looks like there aren’t many presents. I think I will leave a special one for the lady of the house. Now, where is that mistletoe? Oh my, here she comes… “I saw Momma kissing Santa Clause underneath the mistletoe last night”…

  5. After Santa’s famous trip ’round the world, he arrived home, tired but happy to see his own beautiful front door that Mrs. Claus so lovingly decorated! Pic2. At the very bottom of his sack, was one more special gift to give out, a gift for his “Honey”! Pic 3. Mrs. Claus is going to be very happy when she opens this, Santa thought, amid all the twinkling lights and colored balls! I saved the best for last! Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

    1. Thank you Linda,
I’m glad you were able to add your story with everyone else’s.
I love everyone’s story so far.
      Blessings, Jeanne

  6. Hanna D emailed this to me…

    # 2 ” So glad I got that knee replacement last summer.”
    # 3 ” Senior Moment” ” Did I just leave that or is that one for me?”

    Hanna

    Blessings, Jeanne
