Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends around the world….

I had just been blogging a few months when I wrote the post below, but as I look over all the countries that have visited my website, I feel so blessed to have come into so many homes. I’ve said it before, but when I hit that “Publish” button for my first blog post back on August 1st, 2014, I never dreamed I would have so many friends join with me each day… I have to say, it has been so much fun and I look forward to next Thanksgiving to see where things are then. Thank you all very much for the blessing you are to ME! Many of you tell me you get up to read my blog posts each morning and I do the same… only I get up to see what you “say” about the post I have written. This has been a memorable year and I’m very thankful to the Lord for allowing me to have so many wonderful friends!

Happy Thanksgiving from my heart to yours!

I enjoyed looking up the different ways to say Happy Thanksgiving so much, that I wanted to share it again.
Here is that post from 2014…

~~~~~~~~~
As I celebrate this Thanksgiving Day with my family and our friends from Columbia, South America, I would like to wish all of my subscribers and those of you who are just daily random readers of my blog, a Happy Thanksgiving in YOUR language…I am very blessed to have all these countries represented as having logged into my blog at least once and many of them are “regulars!” Thanks so much! If you’ve logged in before and I’ve missed listing you, and you would like your country “represented” please let me know…
We got a little extra Thanksgiving treat today…snow! It was just a dusting and only accumulated about 1/2″ inch altogether.
  2. Bonjour,
    En France, on ne traduit pas : Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving.
    In France, it does not translate: Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving.
    Happy Thanksgiving to all the American people, whatever their country of residence.
    From Burgundy in France. 😉
    1. Thanks so much for commenting from across the pond Pom! I hope your day was wonderful even if you don’t celebrate as we do here in America. It was nice of you to wish us all a Happy Thanksgiving.
      Thanks so much for reading from so far away!
  3. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, wherever you are, from Boulder, Colorado, USA, where we are having nice cold snow.
    1. Happy Thanksgiving to you Marilyn, in the great state of Colorado… I hope you don’t get snowed in! I saw some pictures of Colorado on the news and it looked awful to me… of course, I’m not much for winter myself…
      Hope your day was a happy one!
      Blessings, Jeanne
  4. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, everywhere from the great state of Ohio and the beautiful Lake Erie.
    1. HI Regina and Happy Thanksgiving to you down in Georgia… It sounds like my perfect day… 65 degrees and sunny… sweater weather and sunshine…a perfect combination.
      I hope your day was wonderful…
      Blessings, Jeanne
  5. Happy Thanksgiving, Jeanne! Ha, you’re colder than us; our snow is melting! (Yours is probably melted by now too, but it was fun to think that for a second we were warmer than you.) I hope you have a day filled with happy memories and yummy food!
    1. HI Cindy,
      Actually that picture was from the post that I did last year… we had sunny skies today and it was nice enough for short sleeve shirts outside… no snow just yet!
      We had both…happy memories AND yummy food… just too much food…
      I hope your day was a happy one too…
      Blessings, Jeanne
    2. HI Cindy,
      I seem to have lost my password on your site.. I can’t get through. Do you know if I register for your blog again will it work? This is what I wanted to say about your Thanksgiving post…
      Happy Thanksgiving to you…I’m a bit late getting to your post today…
      I can’t believe all your snow is gone either… I thought you’d have it for weeks, the way it looked in those pictures you showed last week. Your grass looks so green…nice!
      We are supposed to start getting rain in the middle of the night… and then rain most of the week, I think…UGH…but it’s good to keep me home and sewing.
      Your newest little sweater goodies look wonderful… can’t wait to see how you decorated them.
      I LOVE that picture of Riley holding up her Thankful List…it is just adorable!
      I ate too much food too… I guess that diet will be coming my way sooner than I had hoped… I won’t have to cook for a few days I don’t think… oh well, that’s good for sewing! :o)
      Well, I better get to bed… I’m sure you’ve been there for at least an hour or more…
      Thanks for your post today…and a very Happy Thanksgiving to you…
      Blessings, Jeanne
  6. Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for the translation. I was able to wish a happy holiday to my daughter-in-law who is Indian, born in Kenya.
    1. HI Susette,
      That’s wonderful that you were able to use one of the translations to send Happy Thanksgiving to your DIL… how fun that must have been for her…and you!
      I hope your day was filled with lots of memories and food!
      Blessings, Jeanne
  7. Happy Thanksgiving to you, Jeanne, your family, and all in the US!
    Our Thanksgiving here in Canada happened mid October. Earlier harvest season. lol
    Here in the southern interior of BC it is 19 degrees with a skiff of snow…
    The dollies get their coats on now when I take them for car rides!
    Enjoy your feasts!
    Jano
    1. HI Jano,
      I remember now that Canada celebrates in October, but I forgot…and answered someone above’s comment like they celebrated now…
      BBBRRRR it sounds very cold where you are! I can see why your dolls need coats when they get out!
      We had lots to feast on today… it was great!
      Blessings, Jeanne
  8. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
    A special thank you Jeanne for the blog each day!
    I can recommend the corn casserole. It was a big hit here in VA today.
    Maureen
    1. HI Maureen,
      I’m glad everyone in Virginia liked the corn casserole… I made 3 batches myself… sent one home with Sara’s family and one for my son!
      Thank YOU for being a part of my little blog world, Maureen,
      Blessings, Jeanne
  9. So wonderful to read all the comments. We just arrived home from turkey day at our daughters. Lovely playing with our grand kiddies.
    Happy Thanksgiving from California! Looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. Yum.
    1. HI Joy,
      I guess we’ll all be eating leftovers for a few days, won’t we? We have plenty and we gave away lots… guess next year I need to cut back on how many things we cook… nah… :o)
      So glad you had a nice day in California! I’m a California girl…but moved to Texas when I was 3 weeks old… my hubby still says he married a California girl!
      Thanks for your comments Joy,
      Blessings, Jeanne
