And the winner is…. plus a little something from Becca

I am very happy to announce the winner for the Fingerless Glove Giveaway today. After mixing up all the names, I pulled out… drum roll please…Lisa Godaire as the winner. If you will email me at jeannewiedlocher@gmail.com and let me know what color of gloves you’d like and how you want them decorated that would be great. You can find something already made in my Etsy store if you like. Don’t buy it, just describe it to me and I’ll pull it out and send it to you. Or you can look at my Sold items in our Etsy shop and see if you see something there that can be duplicated.

Since ONE winner didn’t seem like enough with all those names…. I’ve decided to do a second winner…and that person is… drum roll again…
Dianna Jenness. If you’ll do the same as I told Lisa that will be great! Congratulations to both our winners.

And another big thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who are reading my blog, whether you are subscribed or just coming and going. Your comments and encouragement mean so much to me as I’m just getting started. I hope you’re enjoying it as much as I am.

My 23 year old daughter is wonderfully gifted at making jewelry and has been doing so since she was 11 years old. She started out selling her simple things beside me when I sold my “dolly wares” at our local Farmer’s Market. Her customers LOVED coming every Saturday to see what she had new to offer. She has perfected her skills and just has this very special talent for putting the beads together in the most beautiful ways. She loves to find vintage jewelry and take it apart to use the beads in another way. I asked her to join me in my Etsy shop making necklaces for the American Girl dolls and she has sold hundreds of necklaces. It’s always great to have a “specialty” necklace made for a dress that I am listing. I am never disappointed in what she surprises me with. Only glass beads and top quality findings are used and it shows.
I thought I’d pick out a few of my favorites (it was hard…) and showcase them for her. She is just getting ready to start up another semester of college and our Etsy shop isn’t exactly filled to the brim, but I still wanted to feature her… enjoy!
